Rules Summary : Effective September 1, 2020, it is unlawful to operate, use, offer for rent, or advertise for rent or use, any property within the corporate limits of the City of Naperville as a short-term residential rental. Ordinance No. 20- provides for fines of $1,000 per day for violations of the Ordinance, increasing to $2,500 per day for subsequent offenses within a 12-month period.
