Rules Summary :  Requires to obtain a permit from the city for all short-term rentals (check on a zone for the property); and a license from the Minnesota Department of Health is required for each short-term rental unit. Short-term rentals are required to pay lodging taxes. Limits on occupancy are restricted to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in a dwelling.
