Setting up property criteria

Let's dive right in by saving your very first property criteria.. Generating passive property flow starts with this simple step:

1. Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
   
   

2. Click the Update Criteria tab.
   
   

3. Refine your property search by selecting your desired state, cities, bedroom and bathroom count, as well as your ideal rent and projected cashflow range. The more accurate your inputs, the better we can match you with approved opportunities.
   
   

4. Click Save Criteria
