1. Go to the Zi-Find Login Page
Open your browser and visit: https://app.zifind.com
Click “Forgot My Password” under the login form.
2. Submit Your Email
Enter the email address associated with your Zi-Find account.
Click the "Send Reset Link" button.
? Important: The email must match the one used to register your Zi-Find account.
3. Check Your Inbox
Look for an email with the subject: “Reset Your Zi-Find Password.”
If it doesn’t appear after a few minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
4. Click the "Change Your Password" Reset Link
Open the email and click the button labeled “Change Password.”
You’ll be redirected to a secure page to set a new password.
5. Create Your New PasswordEnter your new password and confirm it.
Click “Reset Password.”
✅ A success message will appear once your password has been updated.
6. Log Back In
Return to the login page and enter your updated credentials.
(Optional) Check “Remember Me” for future logins.
Click Log In to access your dashboard.
Notes
Reset links expire after a short time — complete the process promptly.
Your access level (Operator, Student, Coach, etc.) will remain the same.
If you still cannot log in, contact support@zifind.freshdesk.com or open a ticket in the platform.
