Resetting Your Zi-Find Password

1. Go to the Zi-Find Login Page

2. Submit Your Email

  • Enter the email address associated with your Zi-Find account.

  • Click the "Send Reset Link" button.

? Important: The email must match the one used to register your Zi-Find account.

3. Check Your Inbox

  • Look for an email with the subject: “Reset Your Zi-Find Password.”

  • If it doesn’t appear after a few minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder.







4. Click the "Change Your Password" Reset Link

  • Open the email and click the button labeled “Change Password.”

  • You’ll be redirected to a secure page to set a new password.

    5. Create Your New Password

    • Enter your new password and confirm it.

    • Click “Reset Password.”

  • ✅ A success message will appear once your password has been updated.



6. Log Back In

  • Return to the login page and enter your updated credentials.

  • (Optional) Check “Remember Me” for future logins.

  • Click Log In to access your dashboard.


Notes

  • Reset links expire after a short time — complete the process promptly.

  • Your access level (Operator, Student, Coach, etc.) will remain the same.

  • If you still cannot log in, contact support@zifind.freshdesk.com or open a ticket in the platform.
