Purpose

To guide coaches using Zi-Find's new dashboard functionality for tracking student activity and success metrics.

Key Dashboard Features for Coaches

1. Student Onboarding Insight

   • Displays the number of students onboarded in the last 7 days.

   • Useful for identifying low onboarding rates and investigating barriers (e.g., readiness, capital, confidence).
     

2. Property Requests and Confirmations

   • Track how many students are requesting properties weekly.

   • Shows how many properties are confirmed and calculates success rates.

3. Top Cities by Request Volume

   • Ranks cities based on the number of property requests.

   • Includes approval rates for context.

4. Student Activity Feed

   • Lists recent student actions such as login time, property requests, etc.

   • Provides a real-time view into user engagement.

5. Confirmed Property Success Metrics

   • Displays:

     • Student name

     • Number of inquiries sent

     • Number of confirmed properties

     • Success percentage
