Requesting a Property for STR Approval In Zi-Find

When to Use This

Use this process when:

• You find a property on Zi-Find that is not yet approved for Airbnb (STR/sublease).

• You want Zi-Find to contact the owner and get approval on your behalf.

• You want to avoid manually submitting links from Zillow or other third-party sites.

1. Find a Property on Zi-Find

• Navigate to the Find Properties section.

• Browse or search for the area/property you’re interested in.
  
  
  
  
  

• Click “View Listing” on the property card.

2. Request Approval

• On the listing page, click the “Request Approval” button.
  
  
  

****This notifies the Zi-Find team to begin outreach to the property owner.***

3. Confirmation Email

• The property listing page will show that the property is "pending approval"

• Check your inbox for a confirmation email titled:
  "Great news — we’ve received your property request!"
  
  

• This confirms that Zi-Find has started the outreach process to confirm if the property can be subleased or used for STR.

Notes

• This replaces the old Zillow submission process.

• Zi-Find pulls properties from the MLS, just like Zillow—so you're not missing any key opportunities.

• Be patient: MLS listings are added to the platform daily.

• You no longer need to leave Zi-Find to make STR approval requests.
