Using the Upgraded Find Properties Page on Zi-Find.

Purpose

To guide users through the new features and functionality of the updated Find Properties page, ensuring they can efficiently search, filter, and view property listings.

Scope

Applies to all users of the Zi-Find platform who need to search for properties based on location, price, bedroom count, property type, and rental approval status.

Procedure

1. Access the Page

   • Go to zi-find.com.

   • Navigate to the Find Properties page.

2. Apply Filters

   • Location: Select the desired area.

   • Price Range: Define minimum and maximum price.

   • Bedroom Range: Choose number of bedrooms.

   • Property Type: Select from available property categories.

   • Approval Status:

     • STR (Short-Term Rental approved)

     • MTR (Mid-Term Rental approved)

     • Co-host approved

     • View only confirmed properties (exclude unconfirmed).

3. View Listings

   • Toggle between Map View and List View.

   • Use the sorting feature to organize results by:

     • Newest

     • Oldest

     • Featured

     • Price

4. Identify Approved vs. Unconfirmed Properties

   • Approved properties are clearly labeled.

   • Use the “Confirmed Only” toggle to hide unconfirmed listings.

5. Explore Design Features

   • Modernized interface with improved visibility and updated styling (curved boxes, cleaner layouts).
